In 1985, Carrier acquired Vibranetics® from Penn Virginia Company as it continued to broaden its products lines.

Today, the Vibranetics’ line of dischargers, bins, and feeders is marketed and manufactured by Carrier Vibrating Equipment, Inc. Equipment models include:

• Model BD - Vibranetics Bin Discharger

• Model VBH - Vibranetics Vibrating Bin

• Model SPD - Vibranetics Storage Pile Discharger

• Model LBH - Vibranetics Bin Bottom Hopper

• Model VF - Vibranetics Coil Spring Feeder

• Model VFHD - Vibranetics Heavy Duty Coil Spring Feeder

Other types of equipment previously marketed by Vibranetics were phased out as Carrier continued its premium line of conveying and processing equipment.
