Measuring Stroke, RPM and Angle of Attack
  • The patented VibraTrac II Stroke Monitor is used for measuring stroke, RPM and angle of attack of vibratory equipment. Just place the monitor on the vibratory unit and within a few seconds, the readings will be shown on the LCD display, without the need for removing guards or stopping and locking out the machine.

Controlling Stroke
  • The patented VibraTrol Stroke Controller is used for regulating vibratory equipment operation. The system measures, displays, and adjusts the stroke of vibratory equipment by controlling the drive speed of the vibratory equipment. The output stroke measurement is displayed on a panel-mounted meter.
  • Unit assures proper equipment operation to protect against component damage, particularly in applications with drastic load variations that may require adjustments and special handling. It can also be used for precise control on vibrating feeders and fluid bed processors.

Reducing Dynamic Reactions
  • The patented Iso-Max Dynamic Reaction Reducer is used for significantly reducing dynamic reactions generated by vibratory equipment, which are supported by isolation springs. The device mounts directly under the isolation springs of the isolated unit and in most cases, reduces reactions by as much as 90%.
