Rental Equipment
Carrier makes it easy for you to process-test your products in your own plant with custom designed rental equipment packages.
Verifying process parameters in your own facility assures system performance as well as confidential development work.
Each component of the rental system is assembled on a portable frame for easy installation. Set each piece in place, connect utilities, and you are ready to operate. Nominal rental fees may be applied toward purchase of new equipment through a rental/purchase agreement. Please inquire about our Rental Agreement Policy #2004.

Continuous Fluid Bed System Rental Package
Vibrating and Non-Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryers or Coolers including:
- Adjustable drive with 2 HP motor.
- Patented drilled deck.
- Stainless steel exhaust hood.
Integral heat source including:
- Supply blower with 10 HP motor.
- Gas-fired burner (1M BTU) or steam coils.
- Process control panel with starters.
- Temperature controllers and indicators.

Batch Fluid Bed System Rental Package
Batch Processing Unit including:
- Processing area of 1 square foot.
- Patented drilled deck.
- Adjustable vertical stroke drive with 2 HP motor.
- Exhaust hood with view ports.
Integral Steam or Electric Heat Source, including:
- Supply blower with 5 HP motor.
- Electric heater (30KW) or steam coils.
- Process control panel with starters.

Tornesh Dryer Rental System Package
Non-Vibrating Tornesh Dryer including:
- All stainless steel construction.
- Screw conveyor with 2 HP motor for feeding product

- Exhaust fan with 7.5 HP motor
- Gas-fired burner (1M BTU) or steam coils.
- Process control panel with starters.
- Temperature controllers and indicators.
