New Equipment Manuals

• Two Installation & Operational E-Manuals are provided on a single compact disk (CD) with each new equipment purchase. White paper manuals may also be provided upon request.
• E-Manuals are well-written, organized, and superior in usefulness, accessibility, and instruction. They include customer drawings and recommended spare parts list, with manufacturer’s names and part numbers for non-proprietary parts only.
• E-manuals are forwarded two weeks prior to equipment shipment to aid operators during initial startup. Additional manuals are available for a minimal charge.

Previously-Owned Equipment Manuals

• An Installation & Operational Manual can be compiled for previously-owned equipment for a minimal charge. The Carrier serial number, located near the drive shaft, is necessary to duplicate a manual. Email requests may be directed to Carrier’s After-Market Department at ams@carriervibrating.com.
• The manual includes customer drawings and recommended spare parts list, with manufacturer’s names and part numbers for nonproprietary parts only.
