Credit Card Purchases
While many companies will not accept credit cards or process C.O.D. orders, we want to offer our customers as many payment options as possible.
Credit Card Purchases
Carrier U.S.A. accepts the following credit cards for Aftermarket parts:
Minimum $100 order.
C.O.D. Purchases
- C.O.D. shipments can only be made within the continental United States, and delivered to a physical address. No deliveries will be made to a post office box. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure someone will be at the delivery address to receive and pay for the C.O.D. order. All C.O.D. deliveries must be paid by check, payable to Carrier Vibrating Equipment, Inc. No carrier accepts cash. (Minimum $100 order)
- If shipping via UPS, the current C.O.D. shipping fee will apply. The standard fee covers up to a maximum of 150 lbs. Our Aftermarket Department will calculate the total order, including shipping and handling, and call you with the exact invoice total on the day of shipment.
Rental/Lease Program
Carrier offers rental equipment for in-plant testing as outlined under the Rental Equipment section. Please contact us direct for current rental rates and guidelines.
International Financing
For Equipment Orders Outside the U.S. and Canada
Financing is available to clients outside the continental U.S. and Canada for purchase of Carrier equipment in excess of $100,000 through the United States Export/Import Bank. To be eligible to receive financing, you must:
- Have been in the same general line of business for at least three years.
- Provide your bank references to our bank, PNC Bank, Louisville, Kentucky 40202.
- Provide audited or unaudited financial statements to disclose your financial condition. These financial statements must be prepared according to accounting principles that are reliable for PNC Bank’s consideration. Financial statements can be sent directly to PNC Bank.
