Arbeitskräfte und Zertifizierung
Carrier welders are certified to A.S.M.E. and A.W.S. standards and go through a rigorous training program, along with classroom training dealing with defects, discontinuities, and other problem or critical areas. Supervisors oversee the daily production of our welders, in cooperation with our Quality Control Department, to ensure the highest quality equipment. We encourage our welders to “make their next weld, their best weld — daily!”
The team is certified to weld a variety of metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless. Other exotic alloys include nickel, Inconel, and titanium. They are also trained in the art of polishing stainless steel and other exotic materials, from mill quality to 3A dairy and pharmaceutical grade finishes.

The manufacturing shop utilizes a laser-cutting table to improve equipment quality and reduce delivery lead times. Surfaces produced by the laser have very little roughness, contributing to high-quality cuts meeting exact specifications. The laser is capable of cutting up to 1 inch thickness in stainless steel and carbon, and 3/8 inch thick aluminum. Cutting accuracy is within 0.010 length, width, and hole-to-hole.
